Adeline, adorned in a formal dress, meeting her form and then stopping at her ankles, stood in the foyer of the elegant diner, looking slightly anxious. On her dress was a Devaron Intelligence badge, small but visible, and when the public noticed it they turned any expression to a smile, then walked away quickly. Unusued to this type of 'power', you could say, Adeline was naturally nervous. She tapped her bag with long fingers, foot tapping, waiting, staring at the small chronometer on her wrist, eyes darting.

Petyr, standing his height in a white tuxedo, walked through the doors of the restaurant and approached Adeline. Unused to his attire, Petyr adjusted the neckline of his shirt irritably.

Coming up to Miss Taylor’s side, he smiled as she noticed him, “Ah, the lovely Adeline Taylor; I’ve not been graced by your presence in quite too long. How might you be, this fine evening?”

She laughed humorlessly through her nose, in a short puff of air. "Compliments as ever, Sovereign. I am good, thankyou, though the way these bloody citizens run away from my badge is quite disconcerting." She rolled her eyes then shook her head, letting her purse rest under her arm.

"Right. Shall we be off then, m'lord?" she looked up at him, smiling faintly.

"Petyr, please, I don't need formalities tonight. You can remove your insignia and we can dine like people tonight, rather than the fascists that we are; or I am, rather. You'd be surprised how many people don't know my face."

She giggled slightly, then pulled her badge off and slid it into her purse. "Well, they should know your face, Petyr. Maybe take more affirmative action to keep the population under your iron fist of fascism." She giggled again, hand over her mouth. "I am sorry. Shall we continue? I have no mind in where to sit...wherever is good..."

Petyr chuckled along with her, "Adeline, you and I both know the populace knows only the 'iron fist', and not those behind it," he said, raising an eyebrow. "Ah, seating."

Motioning for a waiter, he quickly got himself and his escort seated in the main dining hall, filled with hundreds of other people enjoying the expensive restaurant. The hall was obviously dominated by the wealthy-class.

After being handed menues, Petyr thumbed through the list and said, "How has the job been working out?"

In a similar fashion to Petyr, Adeline idly scanned the menu, taking in the choices. She looked into Petyr, a slightly dull expression on her face, and sighed.

"Its very interesting, learning about everything in the Sovereignty...but...well, it has been a little dull of late. Not much action for information, if you catch my drift."

Petyr nodded, "If the situation doesn't ignite, this war will forever be known as the Imperial-Alliance Pacifist Showdown," he said, sniggering.

She giggled loudly, enjoying the joke Petyr had made. "Well, I am quite with my brother on the opinion that the war needs a catalyst. And, Petyr, to be truly honest, we would make a perfect one." Her face suddenly became more serious. "Especially with comments made of late by a certain 'Lady', there has never been a better time."

She smirked then dived into the menu, scanning it intently with her eyes.

Petyr laughed, noting the reference to Alatáriël Pallanén. "Don't worry, I've already noticed our position on the scale. Soon, the fleet will be readied and sent to battle."

Their waiter returned, and Petyr motioned for Adeline to start.

She grinned, and looked up at the waiter, smiling softly. "Hello there...could I have..." she scanned the menu again, biting her lip. "Erm...I think I'll have the finest steak you can get in this establishment." She passed the menu to the waiter, and he gripped it, bowing gently. She tugged back, staring at him. "And I mean, the *best*." She smiled again and let go, settling in place, staring back at Petyr.

Petyr grinned at her order, and then said to the waiter, "I will have two Rothê cutlets in a sweet sauce, a small bowl of the Creame of Mushroom soup, and," he paused, "a vintage '41 bottle of wine, please. Cups for the both of us."

She laughed. "You always seem to have more sophisticated meals. Though, the wine is always good." She chuckled again. "Though, I have no idea where this vintage is from. '41 could be any year."

"Forgot to mention, the wine is in Devaronian Years. It's currently 3310, and I ordered wine vintage 3241, you see?" He chuckled, "The native species here, as you obviously know, are not exactly the happiest after Lannister's colonization and my terrorization," Petyr laughed again.

She chuckled. "Eh, nothing like a good bit of fascism to liven up a planet." She grinned again, a crooked smile spreading over her face. "Anyway, the, er, vintage sounds good. Sixty-nine years sitting in a cellar should make it just right, don't you think?" She grinned again, then sat back in her chair, glancing around the room and tapping the table impatiently.

Petyr smiled at her jests, "How has Jayceon been? I haven't spoken with him in a good, long while. Politics, hmph."

Adeline shrugged softly, giving the impression of her not caring. She looked at Petyr, face slightly bemused. "Well, I'm not too sure, I havent had the pleasure of speaking with him in a while. However, last time I spoke to him, he seemed ok. And he's not psychotic...angry...depressed...dying...well, not anymore. You can see that from his debates on the Galactic Holonet." She smirked, raising an eyebrow.

Baelish breathed out, "That's good to hear, though I think he's getting anxious with the war part of the 'War coming."

She smiled, looking at Petyr with a half-condescending look. "You know my brother, Petyr. He is always the first to raise a finger in defence of his loyalties."

Petyr gazed back and stroked his goatee.

"Ah, the wine is here!" he remarked as their waiter daintily set two glasses and the bottle on their table. "For you?" he asked, motioning to Adeline.

She waved a hand idly, glancing at the tall ceiling. "Yeh, yeh, sure, I'll have a glass." She eyed Petyr warily. "You better not drink too much this time, Petyr." She bit her lip and giggled, remembering the last meal they had together.

Petyr frowned, "Now, Adeline; I thought we agreed to never mention that again," he remarked and laughed. He poored her glass to the brim, and then Petyr poored his own glass to the more reasonable half-mark.

Adeline smirked, then looked down at her glass. "Mr. Baelish, if I didn't know better, I would have assumed you were trying to get me drunk." She grinned and took a moderate drink of the wine, tasting and savouring it before swallowing. "Yes, it is quite nice." she said, then set the glass down, leaning forward on the table and staring at Petyr.
