Temple Spire
The Temple Spire is the highest of the five spires of the Jedi Temple. It is traditionally the most important, since it holds the replica ancient texts of the Founding Jedi, and is also a sacred place for contemplation. The Temple Spire contains the Hall of Knighthood below the top, meditation chambers farther below, large memorial statues of the most revered Jedi suspended in the tower by repulsorlift pads, then the peak of the replicated original sacred spire around which the first Temple was constructed, then a meditation balcony surrounding the peak, below that a lower balcony presented a series of holo-depictions of the history of the Jedi. The smallest younglings are brought here for their education. Ancient meditation chambers and access points to the cave chapels are located at the bottom of the spire.

Jedi High Council Spire
The first of the four smaller spires is home to the Jedi High Council. This is where the [twelve] members of the High Council sit and debate the various facets of the Galactic Alliance. This is the next most important tower after the Temple Spire, since the High Council held decision-making powers over the whole Jedi Order, and, thus, quite a bit of influence in the Galactic Alliance.

Council of First Knowledge Spire
The next tower is used by the Council of First Knowledge. This council takes care of matters requiring the wisdom of past Jedi Masters or Council members, and gave advice to the High Council, or most any Jedi who requests it.

Council of Reconciliation Tower Spire
The third spire is the Council of Reconciliation Tower, which seeksto find peaceful settlements to political disputes across the Galactic Republic.

Reassignment Council Tower
The fourth spire is the Reassignment Council Tower, which handles the organization of work for young Jedi who had not been chosen by Jedi Masters to be Apprentices.

Each of these five spires carries high-gain communication transmitters, used to contact field Jedi or other offworlders as required by any of the four Councils. This was the reason for the Temple's position high above any other buildings, where there was little or no interference to the antennas.

Internal Features

Dormitories
The Temple itself is the home to the Jedi, where they live for the first years of their apprenticeship. During their stay, they learn the ways of The Force and train in the traditions of the Jedi Order, often using the centrally located Jedi Archives.

Jedi Temple Hangar

The Temple also provides independent transport to Jedi who required it. The Temple Hangar is located in the Jedi High Council Spire of the Jedi Temple. It is a fully stocked hangar bay for the maintenance and launching of the order's spacecraft. The compact space afforded by the temple designed for maximum efficiency, with the Jedi starfighters lining the inner circumference of the hanger.

To launch the fighters, a retractable landing pad slid into position from a hatch allowing it enough space to land and take off. Once the ship reached orbit it would then dock with its assigned Hyperdrive ring to continue its journey. Ships were also housed in the Main Temple Garage.

Main Temple Garage
Another place where ships and starfighters can be kept.

Main Temple Kitchens
Located in the Council of First Knowledge Spire, a place where all Jedi could go to eat. A wide range of entrees are available due to the unique races of the Jedi.

Meditation Room(s)
Meditation rooms are scattered throughout the Jedi Temple and is a quiet place where a Jedi may go to meditate on the Force. Each room is unique allowing a Jedi to select a preferred meditation room where he or she is best relaxed. These rooms are modelled after some of the most famous places in the galaxy, while others are completely unique.

Room of a Thousand Fountains
Room of a Thousand Fountains, which features a huge greenhouse, flowing waters and cascades. There is also an expansive menagarie beneath the Temple that was used to house hundreds of fauna and other wild creatures taken in by the Jed. Some babble speculate a Dathomir domiscated herd of Rancor reside within these ranks. The outer interior wall around the base of the Jedi Temple is decorated by an arcade of stained-glass known as the Arcade of the Hyperspace Wars. Modelled after the original version of the Coruscant Temple.

Clone Wars Remembrance Hall
A beautifully decorated hallway dedicated to those that fell in the Clone Wars. Murals painted by some of the greatest artist in the galaxy to show and animate the battle that had taken place. Statues of the Jedi High Council of the time rest in this hallway, including the controversal Anakin Skywalker.

Jedi Medical Corps Infirmary
The Jedi Medical Corps Infirmary ward is composed of over 100 of the best bacta tanks in the galaxy. Including recent tanks that use the power of the healing herbs of Manaan.

Sith Containment Cells
Sith containment cells is an area of the Jedi Temple that can hold captive Sith, Dark Jedi, and their creatures. They were constructed using metals that were unaffected by the Force.

Holographic Training Rooms
The walls and floors of these rooms created holograms of opponents for Padawans and Jedi Knights to practice with at the Jedi Temple.

Jedi Agricultural Corps Research Labs
These labs are used to encourage the improvement of agriculture. Some of the greatest scientist, force sensitive and not, come here to study and work.

Temporary Housing
A part of the Jedi Temple created to house special guests of the Jedi. These can be rented, at no cost, for a single night or months.

Banquet hall
A special part of the Kitchens dedicated towards the sitting of important occasions. They suit large amounts of people and are decorated with arts that depict the ancient Jedi Civil War. Sometimes referred to one of the most beautiful creations by modern artists.

Maintenance Rooms
These rooms are dedicated to the fixing of mechanics or other devices. Engineers from around the galaxy come to work here, because of the unique designs that pass through the Jedi Halls.

Lightsaber Crafting Areas
These areas are dedicated so Jedi may create new sabers or Jedi Knights and Masters may teach their padawans without having to leave off world. Typically these are quick instructions when one has lost or destroyed their first lightsaber.

War Room
Used to coordinate the attack efforts made by members of the Jedi Order. Although only used in times of great need.

The Jedi team entered the newly built temple the entrance over shadowed by giant statues. The temple filled the eyes of each of the Jedi as the came into the cavernous main temple hallway. Large thick pillars crowded some of the area, next to the extremely large exspansive red carpeting on the ground. Kyp gazed with awe his eyes taking in every detail he could. Home Sweet Home

With some effort Kyp tore his eyes away from the building and back down to his Master. He had been awake for a while and not was aided by a little hovering platform on which he sat. "Master, where are our quarters?" he said almost impatiently. Underneath the question, its real intension could be seen, it was really to get away from his master for a while. He had business to take care of and well personally he didn't want to do it with Yoogle breathing down his back. "I bet everyone is eager to rest."

Yoogle was thankful that his old apprentice had carried him onto the Light's Guide and that they were finally able to make it to the Jedi Temple. The Grand Master approached the magnificent sight and the old feelings of the Old Republic stirred within him. His eyes scanned the beautiful design and artwork that had been created over the past year of its construction.

This was the new beacon of hope for the Jedi across the galaxy, a place of refuge. The Green Master used a hover pad this time, his strength still returning from the spiritual battle on Korriban. As the Jedi team made their way towards the opening doors, Kyp had asked where his quarter were ending with, "I bet everyone is eager to rest." Yoogle could sense tension within the boy, including his entire team.

"The Jedi assistant, help you, they will to your rooms." Yoogle said looking over the team and said, "Only begun, our fight of evil has. Rest now, for many paths are open to us."

It was only time before Yoogle would have to leave on a short mission to liberate a planet from the Galactic Empire. Ams Jendob had personally acquired the planet, and it was Yoogle's own desire and will to be the one to assist in the process.

The Jedi also had to begin its search for other Jedi, not an easy task, but one that must take place. They would search the entire galaxy for those pupils that needed to be found and saved from the clutches of Lord Vader and equal tyrants. Including the lost Jedi, Salo.

Luke Skywalker may have been reported dead and a memorial service arranged in his name, however, the Force did not reveal this fact. Such a powerful Jedi's death would have sent Force shockwaves across the galaxy. In time, Luke would emerge and reveal himself, but for now, his purpose was clear and Yoogle respected that.

Another task Yoogle was mostly looking forward to was Kyp Durron's Knighting Ceremony. He would be the first in many years and had earned it in several year's of hard work. The Force was strong with him, yet he had some mature and moral issues inside of him, he had yet to control and deal with. Yoogle looked at his apprentice with proud eyes and nodded. He released all the children, except for Ayon who Yoogle wished to talk to privately. Salo's venture to the dark side should be confronted now and instead of later. Yoogle had a feeling this boy controlled Salo's future.

*is tired*

Kyp immeadiatly proceeded away from the group. He was tired, which became increasingly obvious as he struggled to keep his eye lids from closing. He wanted to go see an old friend, one of his few.......but as it would seem he did not have the strength to do so now, he probally looked like crap also.

Kyp followed an assistant to his quarters. This room was probally the closest cleanest accomidation Kyp would get for many many years. A Jedi had to get used to sleeping in horrible conditions sometimes, it wasn't like this room would stay very clean for long.

Once inside he quickly threw down his cloak and walked to his bed. He pushed aside some covers and fell face first onto the bed. Not caring about his other clothes, he only quickly slipped off his shoes and fell to sleep.

Yoogle sat in his meditation chambers, the long day of rest proved to re-energize the Jedi master. But a massive disturbance issued in the Force. The PallanÚn triplets were in grave danger from a masked enemy, one with a powerful reach. Arlyn was in massive pain and so were the children. Yoogle opened his eyes, the fever of rescue resting within him. He used the force to collect his lightsaber, then he leapt into the air. Landing on his hover pad, he cranked it to the max, soaring for the speeders.

Waking from his heavy slumber Kyp felt a cold shiver run down his back. Automatically he knew what had happened, but Kyp didn't want to believe nor accept it. Kyp felt for Jedi outside the temple, and though very difficult he could feel Luke and Jase. A sweep of anger came over Kyp as he pounded his hand down on a small table next to him. Damnit

Why hadn't Yoogle told anyone else he was leaving? Kyp knew he could have saved him had he stayed with him. With a rather large exhale Kyp drew his saber to him with the force igniting it on contact with his hand. The emerald green blade spawned from the hilt, releasing heat as Kyp stared at it. Kyp looked at it for a couple more seconds before letting the blade retract itself back into the hilt.

Letting the greif of his master's death pass, Kyp stood up and wiped a single tear from his cheek. In few moments he had his shoes back on and moved out of his quarters.

Gruu was in his room when it happened. He fell to the ground; a shockwave through the force had disrupted his meditiation and levitation. He knew not what it was but he felt it stongly. Instantly a rush of pain and sorrow filled the force, but Gruu could not fully interpret it. He decided to seek out his master to learn more.

Kyle felt a huge disturbance in the force. He bent down as he collected his thoughts. Who could it have been?

Turning around, he tried spotting Yoogle, but didn't see the green Jedi Master. After doing a quick scan of the temple, he walked out onto the streets of Denon. As he started going down the steps, a ragged man ran up. "Master Yoogle is dead! Master Yoogle is dead!" he shouted.

Astounded, Kyle stopped dead in his tracks.

To be continued.

After taking his leave of Skywalker and the shapeshifter, Jase decided to see the Jedi Temple before he left Denon. He figued there may be something there he could use in his training. While many abilities had opened up to him naturally, he had to read and study some, to be able to get a grasp on them. He ignored the crowd out front and walked into the temple, heading for the archives.

Once outside in the main hallway, Kyp could already see a small crowd growing at the entrance. Scanning the crowd he spotted Master Katarn, but no one else he was familar with. Snapping his head Kyp glanced over Jase Denora. He had came back from the battle at which Yoogle died. Kyp wanted to have some answers, possibly if Jase knew who killed Yoogle. Once Jase entered a door Kyp gave chase, following his target to his destination.

Jase stopped, aware of Kyp the moment he had started following him. He stood with his legs slightly parted, arms crossed under his chest. He kept his back to the young man and the light's reflected dimly off of his DXT-3 armor. " I honestly hope you're not trying to sneak up on me, you're making far too much noise."

A smiled crossed Kyp's face as he came up next to Jase, "I did not mean sneak, only to follow." Kyp gave a respective bow, though somewhat out of order.

Jase raised an eyebrow slightly, the rest of his face betraying no emotion. he continued to look forward, his grey eyes not even indicating a move to match the young Jedi's gaze. " Don't bow to me, only people begging for their life should bow. It makes the head easier to remove from the neck. Why are you following me?"

Thats why Kyp didn't know what to call this man. A murderer would be appropriate. Sometimes Kyp wondered how a man such as Jase could freely walk the streets. "No bowing is showing respect, at least to some people." Kyp said allowing himself to come back up. "I follow you because I know you were near where Jedi Master Yoogle died and I would like to know what happened there."

Jase unfolded his arms and continued walking towards the archives. " He was dead before I got there. The men who killed him are dead as well. Do you grieve for him? ecause you were not there to fight at his side? Let me teach you a lesson I have learned in my life. Death is everywhere. No matter your relationship to the dead, it cannot change the fact that they are gone."

"I do not mean to sully the relationship you had with Yoogle, he was your master, yes? Unfortunately, he is dead now. Vengeance has been exacted. Move on, learn to fight to the best of your abilities. If you do not, you will only end up among the dead faster then most."

Kyp glanced around a bit until he brought his attention back to Jase. He didn't want revenge but maybe he did, maybe he wanted to be the one to cut Yoogle's murderers. Before Kyp could reply Jase had already left Kyps sight. With that Kyp turned back around, he needed to go see what the other may be doing right now. Master Ikrit would have to do his knighting, maybe he could go talk to him about it.

Second Counselor of the Jedi Order, Kyle Katarn, stepped into the communications room (I'm assuming there is one) and sent a quick message to his accomplice, Jan Ors, to bring the New Cow along with The Raven to Denon.

With that job finished, he headed to the Lightsaber Crafting Area... perhaps a saber staff would be a nice addition. Oh, he was also suddenly reminded that he probably should go pay his respects to Ikrit, who would probably become the new Grand Master.

With a steady pace Kyp left towards the hangar bay. His foot steps making a familar echo, like the ones he constantly heard on the Lights Guide. Already he missed Yoogle, his advise, his nagging, and well always being able to see a freindly face in which he knew. Kyp immeadiatly thought of the only other midget in the Order. Ikrit would have to wait, though he probally already knew of Kyp imminent knighting.

With a swish the last door opened between Kyp and the bay. Jedi Starfighters as well as many other snall ships adorned the inards of the large room. Kyp eyed the room, he didn't want to steal anything that may need to be used soon. In between a starfighter and a dropship was a speeder.

With the cockpit open Kyp jumped into the ship immeadiatly let the launch pad move outwards to the side of the temple. Pushing on the throttle of the speeder Kyp felt his stomach being sucked backwards as he went to go visit a special friend.

Jase sighed ever so slightly as he skimmed over the information on the screen. He had found no information that he hadn't been able to gather on Yavin. Well, this was certainly a waste of time, he thought. He shut off the screen and headed back to Denora's Fury.

Kyp eased the small speeder back into the hangar bay. Kyp grasped the side of the cockpit as he jumped out, his boots making a loud clack when they contacted the floor. With a smile Kyp walked back towards the main hallway of the Jedi Temple, his hands inside his cloak. Very few Jedi stood in the hallways, most were elsewhere, doing other things.

Though his face didn't show it, Kyp was sad. He was sad he had to leave his wife and child, it hurt to do it. All he wanted was a life where he could be with his family, the only family he had. Kyp had a duty though, a oath not easily broken to protect those in need. Possibly his family needed him, his child needed him to be a father for him the most. He wanted no less than for his child to grow up opposite of his own upbringing.

Kyp would have to push away these thoughts, it pained him to do so. With that Kyp found himself already at his quarters. The days had been so slow since Yoogle's death, slow enough for Kyp to think about his master more than a few times a day.

Slipping through his door Kyp immeadiatly went to the middle of his room and sat down. He needed to relax, but also to train his mind. The looming thought of danger stayed in the back of his mind. It was almost the same feeling you would get when someone is watching you. With that Kyp let his mind soar and began to meditate, his future may depend on it.

Finally finished with his lightsaber staff crafting, Kyle studied the finished product. He held it in one hand, and slowly turned on both sides. As he assumed a fighting stance, he practiced a few quick slashes, parries, and some acrobatic combination moves. At the end of it all, he stood calmy observing the object he made. With a disgusted shake of his head, he stuck it on his belt, and walked out. It wasn't that the staff wasn't a good quality; it was just that in his opinion, it was not much of an improvement over his regular single lightsabers (which he has two).

Walked along the corridors, he ran into his apprentice, Gruu Denrik. As they reached each other, Kyle asked, "You know where Ikrit is? After Yoogle's death, I've been meaning to see him, as after all he is now the new Grand Master (assuming Yoogle did die). Anyways, I thought it was time we, you and I, go out for another mission. If he doesn't have any orders and the Alliance doesn't have any orders, I thought we could go search for some missing Jedi."

As he waited for Gruu to reply, he again thought of something else, and motioned Gruu to wait for him to send a short message to Jan Ors before replying. The message he sent essentially told her to go buy a few escort ships including definitely one CR90 Corvette, and a couple modifications to be placed on the New Cow.

Finished with that, he apologized to Gruu and patiently waited for Gruu to continue on.

Alright, umm... Kyp: by quarters, I don't know whether you meant quarters in the temple, or the ship, so I'm going with the in the temple assumption.

After hearing what his apprentice had to say, he sent Gruu down to The New Cow to prepare the ship for travel, and with a message to Jan Ors, asking her to take the ship to orbit after she finished with the preparations. Having The Raven with him in the temple, he would meet up with her later.

First, he had some business to do. Kyle walked into the library, and started browsing through all known data on the missing Jedi that might still be alive. After half an hour, he got up, downloaded all the data to be uploaded onto his ships, and left the room. In the absence of any official mission, he had already decided to assign one to himself.

Despite having a well-trained crew and security detachment on The New Cow, Kyle decided to go find out whether Jedi Knight Kyp Durron would join him in this search. An extra hand wouldn't hurt, especially when the extra hand was a Jedi. In addition, it would mean that there would be a person to "watch over" his apprentice if Kyle had to go off on his own. Not that Gruu, being older than most Padawans, needed someone to babysit him.

Outside Kyp's quarter, Kyle paused, contemplating whether to barge in just like this or not. The question became moot, however, when Kyp himself stepped out. Kyle nodded at him, and inquired, "I'm going with my apprentice to search for some of the missing Jedi, and possible future Jedi. You want to come along?" He added as an afterthought, "Probably going to be to Dweem, or Gravlex Med."

Sorry for not posting sooner, I totally didn't think to check for a post

Kyp haulted his movement and turned his head towards the Jedi Master. He contiplated the question for a few seconds. If he didn't go well - he'd be sitting here for a couple days before he could find something to do anyways.

Kyp smiled but kept his manners about him, "Yes, I would love to join you Master Katarn." He kept silent for a few more seconds before remembering traveling around the Galaxy looking for some missing Jedi with Yoogle, and how long they had been gone. "I only have two questions Master Katarn, when do we leave?" Kyp paused, a deep sigh followed, "and how good are you with two lightsabers?"

Kyp asked the latter of questions as he was curious. Yoogle had never taught him to use two lightsabers, nor had he even taught Kyp the correct form to use with two sabers. He felt that though he knew he was strong in the force, he was lacking in saber techinque, a weakness which could be exploited.

"Two lightsabers?" Kyle thought, "Where did he get this idea?"

As Kyle attempted to come up with a response to that question, he decided to answer Kyp's first question first.

"Well, I'm going to check in with the government to make sure they don't have one of these Jedi in their ranks, than I'm coming back here, boarding The Raven, and than flying out to my co-owned Phoenix Mini-Carrier. If you want, you can also fly your fighter or small ship to it, Kyle said. He motioned Kyp to follow him, and the two of them walked to the entrance, and boarded a speeder to take them to Alliance Military Headquarters. It was here in the speeder that Kyle decided to answer the second question.

"Well, I have some experience with two sabers, although I am by no means proficient with it. I'm more used to just one saber, but I gave it a try before. I was planning on trying to use two sabers again in one of the The New Cow's combat training rooms, as my apprentice, Gruu, also expressed an interest. Why do you ask?"

Kyp glanced around, sighing as he fixed his hair. "I believe that though I am strong with the force my saber techinque is flawed. I don't like feeling that I'll be unprepared when I need to use two lightsabers the most." A moment of silence came, Kyp again speaking up. "I am not the kind of guy to sit behind my blades. I always thought that the best defense was a good offense." Kyp flipped out his lightsaber and looked over it, his eyes not going away from it, "Double the lightsabers, double the attack." he said as he put the saber back onto his belt.
