Seen it...still think Hamill is the epitome of the Joker - because Hamill plays the Joker...not just any old psycho-clown-wackjob

I don't think I know anybody else who would say that.

Rest in Peace. I had no idea who he was until somebody mentioned that he was Joker, but apparently he needs it. :(

I'm not really reviving that part of the topic, just the fact that one of his two final films went REALLY well, and I think he should win the oscar...

He's obviously going to win it... the media hype about this being his last film will make it impossible for him not to win, whether his performance is award-winning or not.

I don't think he WILL win...somehow...this whole thing has happened before and the Academy snubbed it in favor of a LIVING actor.

Plus, a good performance is not necissarily an award-winning one.

I thought the movie was pretty good, and I do believe that Ledger did an impressive Joker.

On that note, I stopped trying to figure out who plays the better Joker, I now look at them all as different styles of the character.
Mark Hamill was the comical loon Joker, Ledger was the crazed psychotic, Nicholson was...well...Nicholson. He's naturally strange and a bit off. :P

Seen it...Ledger did play an incredibly close to the line Joker...much better than Nicholsons awful outing...but in the same vein just a little too...realistic to quite capture the Joker like Hamill did..

I meen ok first season of the Batman Animated series the Joker was somewhat toned down for children, but the later series Hamill's performance was allowed to get very dark and close to the real guy...

So...next pair of Villains? Seeing as we seem to get them in pairs...

Obviously, the next two villains are going to be Egghead and King Tut.

Charles XII of Sweden and the Boy King?

They'll probably do something with Penguin.

Perhaps Moff should stop referring to himself in the third person. :P

I guess everyone missed that... in the expansion for EAW you really do get to bomb people with exploding Ewoks.

I don't think Christopher Nolan likes Penguin. There certainly are elements of the comics he's been adamant he won't put in.
