"What is this man like?"

Rovan Mohc, Captain of the Catalyst, glanced at Maximilian Corsova with intrest. The aging Chief Engineer glanced at the young officer with a small smirk, "He is certainly a student of your father, hard working and utterly obsessed with his area of expertise. Had he not joined the Storm Trooper Corps and chosen Engineering instead he could quite likely be next in line to my job. Had we lost him onboard the Arc Hammer the new Darktrooper project would have been utterly doomed to failure."

Rovan bowed his head slightly at the mention of his fathers death and nodded in understanding - he had never followed his fathers footsteps into the ground forces with the naval path having more intrest to him. The shadow of the incoming shuttle fell over the pair as it clanked to a landing on the hanger floor - Rovan picked up a irregularity - the shuttle was a little overweight, that was one thing commanding a research ship did to you, it made you to pick up the tinest habits of measuring. With a hiss of hydraulics the boarding ramp to the shuttle lowed with a hiss - two large forms stomped down the ramp and stopped at the bottom, scanning the two waiting men.

"Did I mention," muttered Corsova "that he is also rather paranoid about his own safety?"

The twin Darktroopers fell into what Rovan could only surmise was an 'at-ease' postion and another, far shorter form came down the ramp behind them - Rovan raised an eyebrow in suprise and glanced to Corsova who nodded "Within the smallest bodies you can still find some of the strongest minds Captain, the General is from a high gravity planet - his height is simply a common condition."

The dwarf reached the bottom of the ramp and gave both men a salute in greeting, the Captain similarily responded and the General gave a nod of acknowledgement, "Belated comiserations on yer fathers death Lad, the Empire lost a great mind with Rohm." he turned his attention to Corsova and raised a hand to shake the Chief Engineer's in greetings "Mr. Corsova, it's a pleasure to be greeting you again."

"And you too, General Khryss."

Mejaque grinned "So ye heard? Well the corps realised they needed ol' 'Stunty' - thanks to Skyntor the old guard ain't got no sway over things now." The squat human plodded past the pair and towards the exit to the hanger bay "Ye dinnae mind, Corsova, if we take a detour to Carida - jus' the high and mighty's have been calling for us."

Corsova shook his head "Not at all, Infact I am most intrested in what they want myself."

Mejaque turned back to the two Darktroopers and wistled a tune, both turned back into the shuttle and stomped up the ramp. "Tame as Kath hounds," the General muttered "Tame as Kath hounds..."

The Catalyst is enroute to Carida.

...What is this? This ship doesn't exist.

Ams, please move these posts to the Catalyst thread currently at Devaron, then move the thread to Carida if you could. the Catalyst is Corsova's research ship, agreed upon several months ago. Corsova is going to assist Mejaque until our other pet project is finished.

That might be difficult. I'll see what I can do.
