You know I first signed up here as Tie back in '05. Than I would go through dozens of characters, everyone from Mandalore to John Buckley to Tavion Starr.

I worked for the Rebel Alliance, Corulag and the Galactic Empire. Not to mention all those little failed nations I built up.

This was my first role-playing experience. The first time I logged onto this site I was a little jitterbug, you feel me? Granted I created mad stress and mass galactic chaos, but shit, I had fun. In my early days I could barely type, let alone put together a coherent story/role-play experience. But with the help and support of the members here, I developed and honed my skills in literature.

This site was the first experience I had in writing. It's what's going to affect me for the rest of my life. But now, it's dying.

A shiver runs down my spine at the thought of the very site that defined my role-playing experience die. When I look at other Star Wars RPs, I don't look for something new or scripted, I look for something freeform.

It was here that I had the most fun with role-playing. The empire-building, diplomacy, wars and everything that was influenced by player actions and not by some scripted event defined my ideal role-playing experience.

But now...it's dying. So I will never be at peace unless I bid my farewell. It's been good SWVII/SWVIII, I'll miss you. :(

Exactly, and how often do people actually die on that show?
