The Nespis-class heavy cruiser, Strength of Vita is the flagship of Chancellor Natalie Pearson of the Oligarchy of Vita. After the debacle at Contruum it became apparent that the leader needed an armed flagship rather than an unarmed frigate. The co-opting of the Strength of Vita co-incides with the appointment of Natalie Pearson to the office of Chancellor of the Oligarchy of Vita.
