The headquarters of the Bandomeer Security Force is a gargantuan floating plaform built by Vita Enterprises for the Bandomeer Security Force. It hold twelve squadrons of fighters; twenty-four squadrons of floaters/airspeeders and various small to medium water craft.

Entry to the Amnesty Underwater facility is through a secure submarine dock underneath this facility. Anyone wishing to make use of this dock must go through stringent security checks and surrender all weapons.
